The Equity Poker Network was launched last year with a unique business model that caters to recreational online poker players and gives each of its skins the ability to customize many of their features, or maintain the status quo of the network’s provisions. It’s been a remarkably successful endeavor thus far, in part due to the fact that US players are welcome. Now, with the network’s first anniversary approaching, its flagship skin, Full Flush Poker, is celebrating with the promotion of a special $10k Members Freeroll and $50,000 GTD Birthday Bash tournament.
Full Flush Poker was launched on the same day as EPN, November 8th, 2013. The $10k Members Freeroll will occur exactly one year later, Saturday, Nov. 8, 2014, followed by the $50k GTD event scheduled for Sunday, Nov. 9th. Both tournaments are exclusive to Full Flush Poker, which already garners the largest portion of the online poker network’s player pool, and will almost certainly result in a notable boost in traffic over the promotional weekend.
$10,000 Members Freeroll
The $10k Members Freeroll will kick off at 2:00pm ET and costs nothing to enter, at least not in a monetary sense. The online poker room is rewarding all of its loyal players by charging 2 Deposit Freeroll Tickets to enter. There are specific requirements that must be met in order to obtain each ticket.
The first ticket is awarded to any player who has ever made a deposit at Full Flush Poker. New players who sign up and make their first deposit will also receive the ticket, and any existing member who has already used up their Deposit Freeroll Tickets will instantly be credited with another ticket on October 14th to ensure they are halfway to meeting eligibility for the Members Freeroll.
The second ticket is automatically awarded to any member of the online poker room that earns 100 Player Option Points (i.e. frequent player points), known as POP, between November 1st and 8th, prior to the start of the freeroll. Only players who qualify for both tickets will be permitted to register for the exclusive $10k event. Participants will have the option of 1 Re-buy and 1 Add-on, costing 100 POP each.
The top 110 finishers in the online poker freeroll will receive a prize. The first 10 places will receive a cash prize, gold bar and Rising Star points. Places 11-50 receive a cash prize and Rising Star points, while positions 51-110 will all receive free satellite entries to a Full Flush Poker $100k GOPT event.
$50,000 GTD Birthday Bash
The $50k GTD online poker tournament starts at 5:00pm ET on Sunday, Nov 9th and features a buy-in of $35 +$3.50 or 1 gold bar. Satellites to the big birthday event are already up and running, and will continue up until the tournament starts, with price tags ranging from $3.85 to $6.41 in cash, 685 to 641 in promo tickets, or 770 to 1,332 POPs. The reward in each $50k Birthday Bash Turbo Satellite (6-Max or 10-Max) is 1 Gold Bar. Once the online poker tournament begins, re-buys will be available for the first hour with 1 add-on option during the first break. The top 100 players will share in the $50k prize pool.
